Chef-promoter recruiting

Our management will select, enroll and a share a well-organized and distributed on the entire national territory network of Technical-Commercial Chefs (pro and pastry chefs, bakers) with the customer, with a particular attention to the corporate target. This network of professionals has direct and exclusive dealings with ManWell.

This activity develops around four key points:

  1. Offer and selection of qualified personnel:
    profile targeted by age, residential zone and experience level
  2. Personnel management:
    ManWell is aware of corporate policies about assumptions, tax burden, and administrative complexity and of the problematic relationship between worker and employer; it may offer a complete, administrative and fiscal management, with many different tailored solutions (occasional performances, project contracts)
  3. Briefing:
    Coaching, dialog and constant assistance of the personnel during the promotional activity. Analysis of the best promotional mechanics, compared to the referral business, the target and to the additional of the brand; moreover, we guarantee the best placement for the promotional workstation
  4. Final report:
    the periodic check and the final feed-back adapted to every client’s needs allows to take a metaphorical picture of the real-time trend analysis with a specific gathering of quantitative and qualitative data and to manage any potential problem connected to the activity promotion.
